This study is about kamias as wine.Kamias occurs in the cultivated and semi-cultivated state throughout the Philippines. It was introduced from tropical America, and is now pantropic in distribution.The fruit is used to removes stains from clothing and also for washing the hands. It is much used as a seasoning and is made into sweets, including jam, and is used in making pickles.It have its properties like astringent, stomachic, refrigerant, antiscorbutic.
II.SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
As we all know, wine is an alcoholic bevearage that people wish to drink but only rich ones can drink for they can afford to buy unlike to those who cant afford to buy they cannot drink.This study can help all people and those who wish to drink wines not only for the rich ones but also for the poor ones.By making wine out from the kamias extract is a good work for we can now have a new substitute for the expensive ones.Red wines are too costly so now we have an alternative wine for it.It could be cheaper and it have more vitamins for our health.
Since kamias is abundant and popular here in our country,Philippines.The researcher tries to make a wine suitable for all people especially to those who cant afford to buy red wines. And this wine making is very easy to produce because all the materials needed can only be found in our homes.

V.Scope and limitation
The researcher is trying to conduct a new project if kamias friut extract can be a source of wine.If the researcher study is successful then it might be that thus wine will be drink not only for the rich ones but also for the poor ones.After all, this research study can be considered as a new discovery in the field of science and technology.
VI.Definition of terms
Averrhoa bilimbini-kamias small tree with slender trunk and branches to 5 meters tall.Leaves are alternative and pinnately compound.Leaflets are thin, brigert, green, and oblong.Flowers are small, reddish, purple, and fruit are very acidic, fleshy, juicy, yellow or green and 10 cm long.
Wine- is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermentation of grape juice.[1] The natural chemical balance of grapes is such that they can ferment without the addition of sugars, acids, enzymes or other nutrients.[2] Although other fruits such as apples and berries can also be fermented, the resultant "wines" are normally named after the fruit from which they are produced (for example, apple wine or elderberry wine) and are generically known as fruit or country wine.
